If you are not seeing a particular model or trim listed, make sure that you’ve provided your markup/pricing rules, that you’ve provided vehicle configurations, or that you haven’t hidden the model or trim within the ResponseLogix Extranet.

Using the ResponseLogix Extranet, you can input your markup/pricing rules and specify what vehicles will be included in your price quotes. Once this has been done, the Year, Make, Model and Trim combination will appear in the pull down menu for selection.

If you have an Internet Sales Manager whose name is not appearing in the ISM Information list, you will need to contact your ResponseLogix account manager and provide their name, title, email address, work phone and cell phone to have their information added.
